And it got even better: http://openra.res0l.net/ is the Open Source cross-plattform reimplementation which adds new features and units to the game.

@Degru, The labels are either CD1 or CD2. I'm pretty sure CD1 is the Soviet installation and CD2 is the Allies.

I am installing this through DOSBox, as I have an x64 system, and I was wondering what is the right disk label to use when mounting the disk. I am using the command "mount d c:\path_to_extracted_iso -t cdrom -label redalert_label". I just need to know what to replace redalert_label with so that I don't get the insert CD message.

As you can only carry one weapon of each type I don't understand how one can buy a sniper rifle but cannot carry it with your assault rifle.
I might buy the rifle at Mikes Bar and have to keep it in the armory in a pre-purchased primary crate as the assault rifle is more versitile I may be miles away when the need for my sniper rifle arrives but cannot
travel all the way back to Mikes Bar to swop weapons.
Am I missing something in this game?

I have a glitch at the 68% point and it's madding. Can't aim, shoot, change weapons, jump, duck or anything involving the A, B, or X buttons but I can open doors, save, buy weapons, walk, run, drive, use crew served weapons on boats and trucks. And I've only been using a single save file. Any ideas?
